Return Eligibility
We offer a 14‑day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Items must include original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your item
⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately at hello@novared.us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items are non‑returnable, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care or beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally:
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please reach out before requesting a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
- Return your original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order once your return is approved
European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition with tags
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
