All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Because we work with trusted third‑party suppliers, processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability and order volume.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on your location and the origin of the product. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 8–18 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or high demand periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment due to carrier processing times.


Multiple Packages

Because we ship directly from multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

NovaRed is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order once it reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a reshipping fee.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at hello@novared.us.

We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package or provide a resolution where appropriate.
